This Return Policy describes the cancellation and refund terms for program packages purchased from Elegantwrvitalen.

Subscription Services

Our office wellness program packages are provided on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@elegantwrvitalen.world or +44 20 3989 8100. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to subscribed features until that date.

Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel within fourteen days of purchase without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, notify us within fourteen days of the subscription start date.

Refunds

If you cancel within the fourteen-day cooling-off period and have not substantially used the digital services, we will issue a full refund within fourteen days of receiving your cancellation notice. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

After the cooling-off period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period. If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us within thirty days and we will review your case.

Organisation Packages

Enterprise or organisation-tier subscriptions may be subject to separate contractual terms agreed in writing. Where a written agreement exists, its cancellation provisions take precedence over this policy.

Service Interruptions

If a significant service interruption prevents access to core platform features for more than forty-eight consecutive hours due to our fault, you may request a pro-rata credit for the affected period.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@elegantwrvitalen.world with your account email, subscription tier, purchase date, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within five business days.
